All donors to the campaign will be recognized. Those contributing $1,000 or more will have their names placed on the Wall of Giving, affixed in the charge house. The following giving level classifications will be used to reflect the significance of donor support to the Brotherhood.
Note: Donors contributing pledges of $999 or less will be recognized in our annual giving report and receive thanks.
For $25,000 or more, donors may endow a scholarship or educational program with a payout of 5% or more. However, we encourage you to first help us raise the funds needed to re-construct the select areas of the house.
Campaign Goal – $1.5 Million
- $1,100,000 – Complete Renovation of House
- $215,000 – Debt Elimination
- $100,000 – Educational Endowment (with long-term goal of $500,000+)
- $85,000 – Maintenance Endowment (with long-term goal of $250,000+)
How to Give
All gifts and pledges may be paid over a five-year period. Please indicate a payment schedule of quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or pay all at once on the front of the pledge form. Gifts can be made through the use of cash, check, credit card, appreciated securities and stocks, mutual fund, and IRA contributions.
Gifts to Theta Delta Chi Educational Foundation are 100% tax-deductible. These funds will help support educational programs, scholarships, grants for educationally qualified areas of the house (library, study rooms, etc.), educational equipment (internet, computers, etc.), and loans to the Wisconsin Association of Theta Delta Chi for construction purposes.
